{"id":144,"date":"2013-12-01T23:34:37","date_gmt":"2013-12-02T04:34:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/brewitright.com\/wordpress\/?p=144"},"modified":"2013-12-01T23:34:37","modified_gmt":"2013-12-02T04:34:37","slug":"i-would-drink-centennial-dry-hopped-bud-light","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/brewitright.com\/wordpress\/2013\/12\/01\/i-would-drink-centennial-dry-hopped-bud-light\/","title":{"rendered":"I would drink Centennial dry-hopped Bud Light"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/brewitright.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/bottle-lineup.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-147 alignnone\" alt=\"bottle-lineup\" src=\"http:\/\/brewitright.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/bottle-lineup.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"377\" srcset=\"http:\/\/brewitright.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/bottle-lineup.jpg 600w, http:\/\/brewitright.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/bottle-lineup-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Want to know what hops actually taste like?\u00a0 Try this experiment: dry-hop Bud Light.\u00a0 Many have <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bertusbrewery.com\/2013\/03\/dry-hopped-bud-light.html\">done this before<\/a>, but Brew It Right wants some input too.\u00a0 The concept is easy; buy some Bud Light, drop-hop it, wait 5 days, and drink it!\u00a0 Obviously it&#8217;s slightly more difficult, so learn from our mistakes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bud Light uses twist-off caps.\u00a0 Re-capping with new crimp-style caps fails for half the bottles, so instead, try to <em>re-twist<\/em> the original caps using a towel to get a good grip.\u00a0 Failure to seal has two problems.
